Hippo Hostel, the only hostel in Montenegro, is closing.
We are interested in selling the name, building, and furntiure/equipment to someone who wants to keep the hostel going. The hostel is highly successful--full from mid-May until mid-September each year--due to our listings in various guidebooks, our 90%+ ratings on booking websites, positive word of mouth, and location in Budva--the recreation capital of Montenegro.
What's for Sale?
1) 'www.hippohostel.com' domain name plus all website content
2) passwords and access to booking engines (hostels.com, hostelbookers.com) where you will inherit our 90%+ rating.
3) 'Hippo Hostel' name so you can inherit our listings in Lonely Planet, Bradt, and several foreign language guide books.
4) 150m2 house with permission to expand to almost 450m2 and land of 366m2
5) 10 bunk beds, two double beds, tables, chairs, TV, etc.
